Turned out great. I backed off on 2 onions and only did 1 as I’m not the biggest onion fan. Adding some fennel seeds really set the flavor off. I also added some crushed red pepper and holy cow..a true delicacy

I feel like Chef Ramsay when I say this but, it really did not have any strong flavor really "bland". i agree with making the noodles soggy being cooked in the sauce. I'll try one more time tweaking a few things.

Turned out great with a couple additions to keep it similar to my moms recipe while also following the instructions. 😁

Bad recipe! Don’t care who thought this up. I HAVE NEVER put my pasta in my sauce!!! Too soggy. I always make sauce separate from noodles. Seasoning not good, family said go back to my recipe. I threw it away!
