- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 egg whites (lightly beaten with a fork until foamy)
- 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1/3 cup red currants
- white rice flour (*You can substitute, with all-purpose flour)
