    Huge fan of Gorgonzola and this was amazing. I don’t have much experience with eating or making polenta, but this recipe was great and easy enough! Kids were not a big fan but they don’t like blue cheese/Gorgonzola. Will make again for more palatable adults!

    it was very good but I did it too liquid. next time I will also put more cheese on top. I will make it again for sure! Goes well with a steak and salad
