Ingredients

- 1 kg minced meat
- onion (small)
- coriander (crushed)
- pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin (Cuminum cyminum)
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1 cup warm water
- salt
- 4 plain flour
- 1 1/2 cups water

Directions
- Combine minced meat and finely chopped herbs and finely chopped onion. Add spices warm water adn mix all together.
- Put flour and salt to the bowl and add water. Mix it together to make non sticky dough. Put the dough on the flat place and make it thin and flat by rolling pin. Make round shape circles. Make all the small circles thinner by rolling pin. To the center of every circle place one tsp of filling.
- Make small pouches. Cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
