- 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cornflour (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- 2 noodles (portions of dried, such as thin udon or Chinese egg noodles about 65g each)
- sesame oil (to drizzle)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 red chilli (long, trimmed and sliced on the diagonal)
- 2 heads pak choi (leaves separated)
- 3 spring onions (trimmed and chopped)
- 1 lime (plus a squeeze of juice)

Turned out very well. It is a quick recipe to prepare and cook, a true virtue, and is ideal for a busy mid week meal.
Added mangetout and bits of this and that, as you do, and mercifully, this time at least, I got away with it. Recommended.
