The only thing I would change is cutting it down a little on the salt.

This is my favorite cauliflower recipe by far. My picky kiddo loves it and won't eat cauliflower any other way. Thank you, love it!

Excellent side dish! I made the recipe as is, and it was perfect! My 3 year old gobbled hers down. Will definitely make it again!
