Golden flaxseed is much milder and more similar to wheat flour than brown flaxseed. Grind the flaxseed or the meal to a fine powder. Use olive oil and half the salt. Serve warm with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top. DIVINE!

What an Awful flavour. I had to throw it out. Not sure what went wrong as I followed the instructions to a T. I feel bad for the beautiful eggs that I had to toss.
