The waffles turned out perfectly with the Presto Flipside Belgian Waffle Maker, however they were a little bit heavy for my liking. I think I might try beating the egg whites separately next time and mixing them in at the end. Also I don’t know if my two jumbo vs regular eggs had anything to do with how they turned out.
