These savory sweet pork chops are perfect with warm noodles and a side of broccoli.

- 4 boneless center cut pork chops (about 1 lb.)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. canola oil
- 2 golden delicious apples (about 1 lb., peeled, cored, and sliced thin)
- 2/3 cup apple cider (or juice, divided)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 cups wide egg noodles
- 10 oz. frozen broccoli florets (box of)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions
- Trim fat from chops and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat oil on medium-high in a large skillet. Brown chops on both sides.
- Reduce heat to medium and add apples, ½ cup of apple cider or juice, and brown sugar. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the chops reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
