- 2 cloves garlic (crushed, about 2 teaspoons)
- 2 scallions (finely chopped, about 1/4 cup)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 submarine buns (x 6",aquafaba mayo, (Or your choice of vegan mayo))
- mozzarella cheese (aquafaba, or your choice of vegan cheese)
- red onions (sliced)
- 1 slice cucumber
- toasted sesame seeds
- 350 grams extra firm tofu (not silken)
- 120 mL orange juice
- 45 mL light soy sauce
- 25 mL brown sugar
- 15 mL gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 10 mL sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed, about 10ml)
- 2 scallions (finely chopped, about 60ml)
- 5 mL cornstarch
- 30 mL water
- 3 submarine buns (x 15cm,)
- mayo (aquafaba, Or your choice of vegan mayo)
- mozzarella cheese (aquafaba, or your choice of vegan cheese)
- red onions (sliced)
- 1 slice cucumber
- toasted sesame seeds
