I am a huge fan of goat cheese and I thought I stumbled on a treasure here. Turns out, the goat cheese didn't compliment the crab as well as cream cheese does. Overall, I would probably eat this dish again if it was placed in front of me, but probably wouldn't go out of my way to make it again.
