- 1 preserved lemon (medium, skin only, roughly chopped)

- freshly ground black pepper
- 50 grams pistachios (/1¾oz, roughly chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. coriander leaves (roughly chopped fresh)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh flat leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves (roughly chopped)
- 25 grams butter
- 200 grams couscous
- 50 grams pistachios (/1¾oz, roughly chopped)
- 50 grams toasted almonds (/1¾oz flaked)
- 50 grams pine nuts (/1¾oz, toasted)
- 50 grams apricots (/1¾oz ready-to-eat, roughly chopped)
- 1 preserved lemon (skin only, finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves (roughly chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. coriander root (roughly chopped fresh, and leaves)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
- 1 lemon (juice only)
