Yummy! I had lean young goat, so could have cooked for a shorter time. I also added butternut pumpkin to up the veggie content and a squeeze of harisa for extra zing. I served it with cauliflower rice flavoured with turmeric, cuminand coriander. Yum.
Not sure why Yum details give higher calorie count than that given in the contributors recipe??
