- 150 grams soft goat cheese
- 100 grams prosciutto
- 2 figs (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 3 sprigs thyme

Directions
- Preaheat oven to 200 C.
- Cut the figs into slices, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 15 minutes.
- Rub slices of bread with olive oil and salt and pepper and roast for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
