- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 packet yeast
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- white wine (10 cl.)
- olive oil (10 cl.)
- 150 grams goat cheese
- 10 fresh mint leaves (cleaned)
- 60 grams raisins

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 420 F
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and pepper. Make a well and pour in the beaten eggs. Mix gently, then gradually add the white wine and olive oil until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
- Cut the cheese into cubes and chop the mint leaves. Add them to the dough with the raisins. Mix with a wooden spoon and pour into a baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 420 F and then 25 minutes at 320 F.
