My omnivore husband really liked this. Used sesame bread, put crumbled goat cheese on over the olive spread to keep it in place. May work better to have soft Chèvre and spread it on. Used combo of balsamic vinegar and glaze and added a touch of olive oil to the olive spread.
All flavors were wonderful together.
