- 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese ( Freshly grated)
- 1/2 cup truffle (Morel, and Cream sauce, page 192)
- 1 black truffle ( Fresh , 1 ounce, cleaned)
- 1 cup soaking liquid ( Morel)
- 1/2 cup juice ( Truffle)
- 1 cup heavy cream
