This was very flavorful even without a ton of spices. The sage works wonderfully in this. The other reviews said to hold back on some of the broth or stock. They were right. I used an 8.3oz mini box of stock and it turned out great! We also added in some spicy cheese bread on the side. Definitely will make this again.

This turned out pretty good. We used Cremini and Oyster mushrooms which gave it some good flavors. I agree with the comment below about there being too much stock in the recipe.

I used dried mushrooms because i didn't have any fresh ones. After rehydrating, I quickly drained and rinsed the mushrooms and added 2 cups of water to make a mushroom broth to use instead of vegetable broth, which i didn't have. Will definitely make again.
