    Great! I embellished the recipe with some roasted cauliflower florets and a sprinkle of toasted pancetta and served it with a basil pesto baguette. It was wonderful!

    I would have liked it better with less Parmesan on top. I would make it again with this adjustment. Still it is just okay not great
