- 2 cups parsley (loosely packed, roughly chopped)
- 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight and drained, soak min. 6 hours)
- 3 Tbsp. yellow miso (or mellow white)
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 cloves roasted garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (ground)
