    Best gluten free dairy free muffin recipe yet; in fact I improved it. Dropped raisins and used blueberries in batter. On top dropped sugar and used more blueberries and flax seeds, oatmeal, hemp and chia for decoration.

    turned out very well, i added in walnuts, a little shredded coconut and 1/4 cup diced pineapple. yummy!
