- 1/2 cup nuts (and seeds - I like to use a combination of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted ~60-70mL)
- 1/3 cup malt syrup (rice, or other liquid sweetener of choice**)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt (good quality, finely ground)
