My bananas were small so I used two, it was really easy and quick to make if the bananas are ripe. They have ti be ripe so they're sweet enough and mix well. I added a little bit of flour to thicken it up, which if course makes it with gluten. These are good healthy pancakes for people who are looking for protein in their breakfast. I added about a table spoon or so of flour until it was the right consistency for pancakes. It cooks really nice in a pan, I got two large size pancakes. It was delicious and light, fluffy. It tastes a lot like french toast! I was out of syrup so I used Nutella and OH MY GOOD. Since it's easy to make, I'm going to make these often for breakfast. I really enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone, it's worth a try since it's cheap, common ingredients found in a kitchen.
