- 85 grams butter (or coconut oil)
- 5 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or any sugar/honey/maple syrup/apple sauce)
- 1 whole lemon (unwaxed and washed!)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 200 grams Fresh berries (or frosted, preferrably blueberries 😉)
- 1 lemon (the juice - make sure to grate off the zest first if making the frosting!)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 150 grams cream cheese (or coconut cream)
- 1 lemon (unwaxed!)
