I doubled the recipe and used 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 grass fed extra lean ground beef. Also added 2 tbsps dried parsley. Family loved it.

It always turns out great! I substitute the almond flour for GF bread crumbs and leave off the topping.

So good! Juicy and flavourful next time I may add some celery and shredded carrots :)
