- 2.5 oz. bitter chocolate (/cocoa mass, no sugar added)
- 4 Tbsp. panela (grated, /jaggery, may substitute other unrefined sugar such as demerara or rapadura)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin (Great Lakes comes from grass-fed cows. Must use their RED can for this recipe!)
- 3 Tbsp. water (filtered, room temperature, for wetting gelatin)
- berries (fresh organic, I love this with blueberries and/or strawberries)
- coconut flakes (unsweetened, or shreds)
