- 21 grams grass-fed butter (unsalted, or ghee/coconut oil, melted and cooled)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 42 grams grass-fed butter (unsalted, softened)
- 6 Tbsp. erythritol (or allulose, to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
