- 1 Tbsp. matcha (high-quality, I like Encha's Organic Latte Grade matcha for the color)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract (I use Rodelle)
- 2 Tbsp. sanding sugar (or other coarse sugar such as demerara or turbinado., optional)
- 4 oz. white chocolate (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (pearl sprinkles, optional)
