- 2 cups beans (black, great northern, or pinto, drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup salsa

- 1 cup shredded cheese (I used Go Veggie® Cheddar Shreds, optional)
- 1 avocado
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ancho chili powder
- 1 sprig cilantro leaves (fresh)
- 1 tsp. granulated sugar
