I had to substitute a few things but overall it was really good!
We don’t eat cane sugar so I left that out and only used the maple syrup to sweeten the bread.
I used 1/4 corn meal, 1/4 buckwheat, and 1 cup Krustez Gf flour. Turned out great.
And I didn’t have coconut oil so I used 1/2 vegan butter and 1/2 avocado oil.
Overall awesome!

Fantastic! Used coconut sugar and honey instead of white sugar and maple syrup. Very tastey!

Great! Made one with gluten free flour and another batch with regular flour for my husband and both turned out well.

I loved it! I substituted cinnamon & brown sugar flavored syrup and it turned out magnificent!
