- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 whole shallot (minced)
- 1 whole jalapeno pepper (seeded and diced)
- 4 whole tomatoes (diced)
- 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained, 15 ounce size)
- 1 whole lime zested (and juiced)
- salsa (as needed for topping)
