- 2 Tbsp. tapioca flour
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup tahini (quality)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 oz. dark chocolate chips (chopped)
- sea salt (Flaked, for sprinkling, optional)

i recommend this recipe! i did use coconut oil because i didnt have butter, but it turned out fine. the texture is on point. i added a little bit of cocoa powder, some sliced almonds for crunch. but over all, they turned out great.
