- 1 2/3 cups tapioca starch
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar (golden or blonde)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 13.5 oz. full fat coconut milk (whisked well)
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. red food coloring (traditional or all-natural, see note 1)
- 1/2 cup refined coconut oil (melted)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 cups raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 30-60 minutes)
- 1 cup cashew (yogurt, coconut, or regular)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (ideally a light amber variety but not necessary)
- 1/3 cup refined coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest (fresh)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
