- 1/2 cup gluten (free quick oats)
- 1/4 cup gluten free all purpose baking mix (we used the same flour mix as the crust)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (or regular unbleached sugar)
- 1/4 cup dairy free butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
