I added rice flour to thicken the mixture as it was far too runny at first, as well as seasoning (dried basil, oregano, salt and pepper) before pouring out on the tray. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the result! It had a great consistency - doughy in the centre and with yummy crispy edges
