- 3/4 cup cashew flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/3 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pinch cloves
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup organic cane sugar (coconut sugar is also okay, but they will be darker)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flax seed meal (golden ground)
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dairy free)
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans
