Well, the first batch burned and didn’t cook properly. Baking without flour was a challenage, but if I watched them carefully they turned out beautifully! They were still kinda glooey when they came out, but I figured, if I left them in any longer they would be ruined again. I left them in at a low heat of 80 degrees on an electric cooker, for about 10 minutes. I checked them every 3 minutes or so, and they came out amazing!! Super pleased.
