- nonstick cooking spray
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp. honey
- 6 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 dash canela
- 4 oz. dark chocolate chips (65-75% cocoa, 4 oz. is about 3/4 cup)
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together the peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Delicious! Great gluten-free dessert. Used crunchy peanut butter as well as adding m&ms on top. The batter is very thick but turns out great.
