Pleased the whole family! Turned out fluffy and filling!
Made a few changes based on what I have around the house:
- added 1/2 cup gf rolled oats for extra fibre
- used Cloud 9 GF Baking mix instead of Namaste brand
- added 1tbsp vanilla

Used 3 eggs and added vanilla per comments and Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 baking flour. Turned out delicious!

Four our of five of us loved them. They turned out very fluffy, thick, and light as well as looked appealing and had a consistent rise. I added pure vanilla extract and I believe it helped the taste. The kids and hubby raved about them. One child wasn’t a fan and mentioned they were a bit doughy and too thick. We will definitely make them again!

Amazing! I used half the amount of eggs, maple syrup instead of honey, and added a little sugar & vanilla. They came out perfect!

It was amazing!! Just the right thickness and everything! I used a little barley flour along with the multi use flour and worked out just as well. I also only used three eggs and it turned out better

These pancakes are delish! Light, fluffy and taste better than any gluten-free receipe I've every had! I made a few changes to the recipe...
I used Bob's Red Mill gluen-free baking flour, exchanged the last 1/4 cup with Bob's Coconut flour, added cinnamon, only used 3 eggs and used the beat/whip setting on the mixer. I did have to add a few more tablespoons of flour becsuse it was a bit thin. Yummy!

These turned out more like crepes for me. I followed the recipe 1 and 1/2 cups flour and 1 and 1/3 cups almond milk and it was not the right proportion. Flavor was great and I was happy to find a pancake recipe that's dairy free and gluten free.
