- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind will do, I used raw milk for these, but coconut milk is just as good)
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. orange extract
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh, or frozen if you must)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 organic cane sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter oil (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. orange zest

Didn’t have orange extract, used coconut oil instead of butter and less sugar. Turned out yummy and healthy. Just a warning, because of the almond flour, the muffin will not turn out like the picture. I’m sure if you used white flour it would.
