- 1 1/2 cups gluten free oats
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 2 Tbsp. canela
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup walnut (paste)
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum

Directions
- Do aheads: Preheat oven to 350. Grab one cake pan 9x12 ish. two mixing bowls. Hand mixer/beaters. spatula. Oil spray or parchment paper. Walnut paste if you don't buy it. pull butter and eggs out to warm and soften.
- In bowl one, add all dry ingredients and blend well
- In bowl two, add all wet ingredients and cream together
- combine dry and wet ingredients together well by hand, pour into prepared pan, and smooth out with spatula.
- Bake for 40 minutes until done at 350
