- 2 eggs (beaten lightly with a fork)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (plus)
- 3/4 cup Cake (liquid use half-n-half for a slightly richer)
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- turbinado sugar (for sprinkling on top)
- sliced almonds (for sprinkling on top)
