  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for vegetables)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (for vegetables)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups unsalted chicken broth (more or less as needed)
