- 5 cups gluten free flour (bob redmills 1:1 or cassava flour works best)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- olive oil
- minced garlic (or garlic powder)
- honey (nektar, or coconut or brown sugar if you don't have honey nektar)
- 6 oz. honey ham (sliced)
- 1 1/8 cups mashed potato (cooked, or sweet potato)
- olive oil (or butter)
- cheddar (optional, or tomato sauce)
- black pepper (optional)
- bbq seasoning (optional)
- empanada (See instructions for how much to put in each)
