- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg (50 g, weighed out of shell at room temperature, beaten)
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (chopped)
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 egg yolks (50 g, at room temperature)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (if using sweetened coconut, reduce granulated sugar by half)
- 1 oz. melted chocolate (for drizzling, optional)
