- 3/4 tsp. xanthan gum (omit if your blend already contains it)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup hazelnut flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 2 egg whites (50 g, at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 wafer cookies (recipe Hazelnut, crushed into small crumbs, about 2 cups crumbs)
- 1 1/3 cups hazelnuts (raw shelled)
- 1/2 cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
- 12 oz. dark chocolate (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
