- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. canela (or 2 if you're a hardcore cinna-lover like I am)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup vegan butter (melted)
- 400 grams chickpea (can, this is AQUAFABA - works like egg white! *)
- vegan butter (A little, to grease waffle iron)
