- 2 Tbsp. cacao (Earth Echo Foods, Bliss powder)
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed (ground golden, aka flaxseed meal, This is the binder, don't skip this!)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup dairy-free milk (choice, rice, oat, coconut, etc.)
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (light tasting, or melted dairy free butter or coconut oil)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- stevia (drops, to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips (allergy friendly, we use Enjoy Life mini chips)
