- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (I used Rodelle)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk (use vegan sour cream and dairy-free milk to make these dairy-free)
