This is amazing. I have been gluten free for years and have tried more dough recipes than I care to remember. They are either heavy lumps or if they rise nicely, they taste icky. And I love to bake. First I made the loaves of bread. Tasted fabulous and was light and fluffy. I used sour cream and rice milk as that is what I had. Also use Cup 4 cup gluten free flour mix.
